Job Purpose

Seeking a visionary and technical leader for the role of General Manager (GM) – Project Management. Own end-to-end SNOC integration planning, solution assessment and architecture for new products, network elements, applications and technology projects across RAN, Core, IP/CEN, Enterprise, OSS and Cloud domains. Evaluate OEM solutions, understand architecture and data flows, finalize SNOC scope and tool mapping, identify and close technical gaps/deviations, and ensure complete monitoring across Hardware, Storage, OS, Application, Network, Services, Fault, Performance and Logs. Drive the solution from requirement intake and project planning through design, testing, Go-Live, stabilization and SNOC/COG HOTO while coordinating OEMs, SNOC domains, COG, OSS, Automation, Architecture, Security and Operations.

Bridge strategic engineering with 24/7 operational excellence to scale telecom infrastructure across different SNOC Applications while ensuring strict adherence to global compliance, data privacy, and telecom quality standards.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Multi-Domain Telecom Solution Architecture, SNOC Tools & Integration Interface Expertise: Demonstrated experience in telecom solution architecture and SNOC integration across RAN, Core, OSS, TX, IP, Enterprise, Cloud and VoLTE domains. Mandatory hands-on understanding of TEMIP, NNMi, NPM, SevOne, UHC, Infiworx, UIM and APM, with the ability to map domain solutions, monitoring requirements and end-to-end data flows to the appropriate SNOC tools and integration interfaces including SNMP, REST API, Kafka, Webhook and Prometheus with minimum of 2 years of experience.

Integration Interface & Protocol Engineering: Strong mandatory technical expertise in REST API, Kafka, Webhook and Prometheus integrations, covering API authentication, TLS/SSL, payload and response validation, error handling, timeout and retry mechanisms, Kafka topics, partitions, offsets and consumer lag, Webhook acknowledgement and idempotency, and Prometheus exporters, metrics and PromQL. Proficiency in PCAP, logs, traces, MIB/OID and protocol-level troubleshooting is required.

End-to-End Fault, Performance & RCA Engineering:  Mandatory capability to troubleshoot end-to-end Fault and Performance flows from Network Element or Domain through EMS, interface, middleware and SNOC platforms to ITSM, including alarm generation, severity, mapping, raise and clear, correlation, duplicate, missing and delayed events and ticket flow. Must be able to troubleshoot Bulkstat, KPI, API, Kafka and Prometheus performance flows, perform source-to-SNOC reconciliation and isolate failures across source, interface, processing and SNOC layers with evidence-based technical RCA.

Project Integration Management: Lead SNOC integration from requirement intake, solution assessment and scope finalization through testing, Go-Live and HOTO

SNOC Integration Strategy & Planning Leadership: Define end-to-end integration strategy, scope, milestones, dependencies, prerequisites and execution plan for new projects and products.

Solution & Integration Architecture: Analyze OEM architecture, components, interfaces, data flows and operational model to determine the right SNOC integration approach.

End-to-End Monitoring Architecture: Ensure monitoring coverage for Hardware, Storage, OS, Application, Network, Services, Processes, Faults, Performance and Logs.

OEM Solution Assessment: Understand and technically evaluate OEM architecture, components, interfaces, data flows and operational workflows before finalizing the integration approach.

Solution-to-SNOC Mapping: Map OEM solution architecture against SNOC tool capabilities and determine the right integration points, monitoring platforms and operational workflows.

Technical Risk Management: Identify integration, architecture, security and operational risks and drive mitigation before deployment.

Fault Management Architecture: Design alarm/event flow from network element to SNOC including normalization, severity, correlation, suppression, raise/clear and auto-ticketing.

Performance Management Architecture: Define KPI/counter integration through Bulkstat, APIs, Prometheus, telemetry or other performance interfaces.

Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC): Drive standardization, reusable integration patterns, architecture governance, FTR improvement, defect prevention and continuous engineering transformation to accelerate technology onboarding and improve overall SNOC operational excellence.

Data Privacy & Security Enforcement: Enforce secure-by-design practices across SNOC integrations, including RBAC, API/SNMP/Kafka security, data protection and controlled access to sensitive network data.

HOTO & Operational Readiness: Ensure complete integration evidence, monitoring coverage, testing results and operational acceptance before SNOC/COG handover

Database & Backup Governance: Ensure database integration, data consistency, backup validation and recovery readiness across SNOC ecosystem platforms.
