Job Purpose

Delivery of Fixed Line Services On net and Off net Last miles as per committed timelines.
Ensure network readiness with in timeline with availability of material
Revenue realization of 90% of in month delivery and 95% of target order value.
Revenue realization of 80% for order book by segment within 90 days timeline
Improve overall link delivery experience through Group Engagement -CRFS Compliance -92%
Offnet PO process ageing <4 days from Order generation
Control inventory levels and ensure availability of material during emergencies. Coordinate and supervise receiving and warehousing procedures.
Assessing financial feasibility for investment in new capex/Opex with focus on payback period, Competition analysis, corporate finance analytical work etc. which is followed by monitoring capex/Opex performance against the business model.
Preparing business cases for diverse investment in upcoming projects in line with dynamic technology for cost benefit analysis - highlights being business model, Enterprise projects, Enterprise roll-out, Links replacement etc. to assess project feasibility.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Revenue realization of 80% revenue as per Order book in a month within next 90days
Connected location / soft upgrade delivery TAT<=7days.
Not Connected Fiber Delivery TAT 4 weeks for 95% of orders
Not Connected UBR Pole Delivery TAT 2 Weeks for 95% of orders
Not Connected UBR Tower Delivery TAT 4 Weeks for 95% of orders
OFFNET Delivery TAT 4 Weeks for 95% of orders
Revenue realization of 90% of in month delivery
CRFS compliance-92% across the board
Efficient Material planning and Capex management within budget guidelines and Inventory ageing of 45 Days

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

4-7 years of Telecom domain experience in field of enterprise/transmission.
Positive Attitude, Strong Management skills & transmission expertise
Driving Vendors, Field Team and Circle Teams for achieving KPI to achieve monthly targets
Good Knowledge and understanding of Transport Network Technologies & Topologies of both Optics (DWDM, PTN, SDH) and IP (Internet protocol) / MPLS Etc.
Handling change management, Material logistics & Inventory management.
100% compliance to Vodafone HSW policies and procedures.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

Essential: Graduation – B.E. /B. tech and CCNA

• Desired: CCNP

• work ex: 4-7 years

• Experience with project management/enterprise.
