1. Random Audit through Field Visit, WhatsApp Video call, Site Visit to check 100% compliance is maintained in ground level
2. Responsible for HSW standards and practices compliance across technology domain i.e. Mobility, Fiber, Transport, Enterprise, Projects and Core.
3. Safety Governance with Partners, vendors, IPs.
4. Safety Plans assurance and review across the supplier/partner base
5. Risk Assessment for all non-routine activities on “As and when basis”
6. Management and assurance of various portals like CIAT, VLT,Msafe data and its monitoring
7. Permit to Work data monitoring and analysis
8. Vi own premises like MTX , VTH, UBR sites and IP Site Compliance data monitoring
9. PGI and g-PM data Validation and necessary compliance checks for all sites.
10. Promoting healthy, safe and wellbeing working cluster/methods and practices in the workplace coordinating with all Technology Verticals and CTO.
11. Any kind of safety initiative that will add value to HSW Compliance
In house training to be done on Basic HSW parameters, PTW Compliance, Risk assessment etc ( for UBR Team, OFC Team, TI Partners )
12. Driving and Completion of Investigation and report submission within timeline
13. Follow up and ensuring the completion of identified and agreed action plans
