Job Purpose |
This position is responsible for Performance monitoring of PAN India Voice & Data core elements covering technologies like 2G/3G/4G, VoLTE, VOIP etc supplied by various suppliers like CISCO, Nokia, Ericsson, Oracle etc. It is required to have constant focus on core network KPis monitoring, tracking and investigation on devastated KPIs to resolve them in time. Expected prompt involvement in addressing customer experience issues, thereby improving network quality.

Sound experience in Performance management & operations. Good knowledge of core elements of various vendors and its performance measurements.

Candidate should have atleast work experience of 7-8 years with education qualification of B.E/B.Tech
