Job Purpose

Drive end to end KPIs in partner work force management and Rewards portfolio

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Driving APR and AVPP activities annually
  • Seamless execution of national R&R programs and socialization of R&R outcomes to create engagement
  • Creating awareness on VIL policies, benefits and communication on total rewards, with periodic conducting of utilization analysis
  • Serving as the point of contact for Insurance benefits and driving necessary communication/support
  • Raising awareness about SIP construct till the last mile
  • Ensure last mile SIP awareness while partnering with Business to ensure meeting Penetration and Utilization thresholds and targets
  • Consolidation, tracking and management of payouts; conducting periodic review the monthly / quarterly performance vis-a-vis challenges / pain points of employees.
  • Ensuring accuracy of employee database, managing transactional changes, ensuring corporate Data Asks and managing MIS reports/ dashboards
  • Tracking of Productivity norms in line with the changing business landscape
  • Contributing to the overall organization profitability through:
  • Achievement of HC and cost efficiencies through re-structuring and redefining roles.
  • Building a productive and high performance organization

  • To be legally compliant at all times for ensuring business continuity
  • Maintenance and upkeep of real time data.

Must have technical / professional qualifications


MBA with HR qualification with at least 7-8 years of relevant HR experience.
