Job Purpose |
Ensure the IT System Availability and Performance is as desired to provide the high availability for Business Critical Services running over this underlying IT Infrastructure Service. Understanding Business delivery and Infra Requirement Good Knowledge of IT service management and Operation Vendor Management and ability to provide faster delivery Should have the knowledge in IT Asset Management, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, Office IT application like Skype, SCCM, etc. ADFS & User ID management and compliance. Good knowledge in Budget/Spent tracking and participating in Audit with Auditee SLA management of all IT Operation delivery |

Achieving IT Infra SLA & Ensure High Availability Good Knowledge of IT service management and Operation Vendor Management and ability to provide faster delivery New initiative towards Operation efficiency and good hands on knowledge in various Automation tools AI/ML and IT Cost optimization. Operation Management with the support of Partners Operation Team |

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience |
10 to 15 Year of Experience. Technical Knowledge of Windows server Platform & Email solution, IT Asset management, Good Presentation Skill specially in Power point and expertise in Excel. Good knowledge of Various Operating system like Linux, Open Source, Middleware & Data Base etc.
