•Job Purpose
•This position is responsible for growing FLX, Cloud & Security in the Cluster, working in collaboration with the front line sales teams. The incumbent shall execute differentiated strategies for the National Strategic Accounts and Cluster Strategic Accounts for the Cluster to gain SOGA & RMS and deliver on DB targets. This role will lead Techno-Commercial discussions with CXOs, IT Heads, generate 5x funnel, drive complex opportunities, enable customised solutions, structure large deals, lead negotiations, drive growth of focus products and increase Product Penetration Index. The role will also drive Sales acceleration campaigns, process improvements, proactive Capacity forecasts for the Cluster in collaboration with the cross functional teams.
•Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
·Order Booking - To plan and consistently deliver Order Booking targets by building robust funnel, Capability workshops, focus on Top Hunting accounts (<10% RMS), creating techno-commercial propositions, structuring large deals (AOV >1Cr), engaging with OEM & Partners, Price Negotiation & deal closures.
·Revenue (DB Target) - To achieve and exceed the revenue by reducing the Order to Cash Cycle by reducing the dependencies (On-Hold, Customer acceptance & cancellations etc)
·Sales Acceleration Campaigns - To run various Sales Acceleration Campaigns to drive growth and penetration of focus products (SDWAN, Managed Security, Cloud and Colo etc)
•New Logos & PPI - To focus on cracking New Logos and increasing the product penetration Index
•Proactive Capacity Planning - To lead the proactive Capacity planning and Mid Mile requests for the cluster along with the Ent Infra team
•Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
•Ability to hold conversations with the Global & Large Enterprise customers (CXOs) and position Vodafone Idea FLX advantage, Cloud and Security products
•Strong knowledge of Focus products (SDWAN, Managed Security Services, Cloud & Colo, Managed SIP, GCS, etc)
•Hands on experience in structuring and leading large & complex FLX deals, RFPs, reverse auctions, tenders etc
•Fair understanding of Market prices and proven experience of leading large Commercial & Contractual negotiations
•Understanding of various FLX & Cloud offerings across verticals (BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, Services, OTT, Technology etc)
•Collaborate with Cross functional teams, Managing conflicts, Problem Solving, support Decision making
•Must have technical / professional qualifications
