Job Purpose
  • Drive test automation & Performance testing across all applications in IT ecosystem & evaluate new tools for PT, Test Automations & DevOps
  • To ensure 100% availability of DevOps, Test data, Automation & PT environments
  • Manage DevOps platform and tools and Application deployment
  • Manage periodic platform / tools upgrade
  • Monitor the Backups and review backup policies periodically
  • To drive governance of DevOps Platform usage and deliveries like AI / RPA implementation, Performance testing & Test Data activity across IT eco-system

Key Responsibilities
  • Proficiency in test automation frameworks such as Robotic framework using Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, JMeter etc.
  • Experience with scripting languages like shell script, Python, Java, JMeter or JavaScript for test automation & PT Stubs & CI/CD tools like GIT, Jenkins, SonarQube, Nexus, Meven, Kubernetes & containerization concepts & API / Microservice testing
  • Leading and managing a team of DevOps SME, architects, Test Automation & Performance Testing architects. Providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed
  • Ability to automate testing for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
  • Understanding of API testing and tools like Postman or Rest Assured.
  • Strong advocate of Standardization, quality, responsible to act as SME for application modernization/transformation programs
  • Fostering collaboration and communication between development, operations, and other cross-functional teams. Acting as a bridge between different teams to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and processes.
  • Strong experience in evaluating tools capabilities, implementing same across IT functions for business benefits and E2E tracking of delivery (Agile/waterfall projects)

  • Industry Certification in required tools, DevOps, (AI/RPA) and coding languages
  • Good stakeholder-management skills to interface with business users
  • AI/GenAI Ops, Testing and Digital Ecosystem Capability
