Job Purpose
|
- The CRM Transformation Project Manager owns & lead the end-to-end CRM Transformation for postpaid CRM application by driving the successful modernization of the CRM platform from legacy systems (monolithic) to a microservices cloud-native architecture. The role is responsible for delivering business outcomes through effective project governance, stakeholder management, vendor oversight, risk management, and cross-functional coordination while ensuring quality, timely delivery, cost optimization, and alignment with the organization's digital transformation strategy.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
|
- Program Delivery: Deliver the CRM transformation within agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets. Ensure successful planning and execution of releases and key milestones.
- CRM Design Governance: serves as the core CRM SME across user story refinement and low-level design (LLD) reviews, ensuring 100% architectural alignment between technical solutions and business requirements. Reviews on functional user stories, system solutions, and low-level design documents to prevent scope drift and secure exact alignment with business capabilities.
- Requirements Traceability: Validate that all technical design layers and engineering artifacts map precisely back to core business objectives and functional specifications.
- Program Governance: Establish and manage governance frameworks, executive reporting, program dashboards, and decision forums. Track KPIs, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall program health. Own the validation of effort estimations, master project schedules, and end-to-end delivery blueprints—approving SIT strategies and release approaches to secure zero-delay, high-quality deployment against agreed milestones.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Manage relationships with business stakeholders, technology teams, and system integration partners. Ensure effective collaboration, timely decision-making, and vendor accountability.
- Quality & Delivery Assurance: Implement quality gates, design reviews checkpoints, testing governance, and operational readiness.
- Risk & Financial Management: Proactively manage program risks, dependencies, budget, resource utilization, and mitigation plan to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Business Value Realization: Ensure delivery of measurable business benefits, improved customer experience, operational efficiency, and adoption of AI/ML-enabled capabilities where applicable.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
|
- 6-10 years of experience in IT deliveries for BSS applications with min 5+ years of relevant experience into CRM system implementation (SI) projects
- Sound knowledge of Telecom domain , related business process and IT mapping across BSS.
- Business technologies components include but not limited to jdk, ReactJS , Spring framework , postgres DB, Oracle DB, Linux
- Experience of leading atleast 1 transformation project
- Exposure of DevOps and CI-CD processes - gitlab , Jenkins , Docker , Kubernetes
- Exposure of test automation tools - jmeter , java , selenium
- Experience of cloud migration projects will be an added advantage
- Experience in product implementation, mapping and migration of COTS products.
- Experience of working in multi-vendors/Multi stakeholder assignments, thus understanding diverse processes and approaches.
- Strong grasping capability, communications, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Competent in Microsoft project professional / Excel / power point /Visio/word

- BE/B-tech/MCA degree or Management degree in IT/Systems
- Sound knowledge of Agile/DevOps frameworks/methodology and Tools
- Sound Knowledge of SDLC
- Industry certification
