Role	Infrastructure Operation- Identity & Access Management

Job Purpose	To drive high availability, performance, and security of enterprise IT infrastructure , IAM supporting business-critical services, while ensuring strong governance, audit compliance, and operational excellence. Align infrastructure with business needs, lead audits, manage security platforms, and drive automation, lifecycle management, and SLA-based service delivery. Driving identity, security, and infrastructure governance to ensure compliant, efficient, and business-aligned IT operations. Key Result Areas/Accountabilities	Good Knowledge in Security compliance in Infrastructure and drive the compliance end to end Candidate should have experience in presenting internal/External Audit and should have ability to collate required/prepared input. Candidate should have ability to have knowledge in Security Operation Candidate should have ability to run Automation and implement across IT Infra/Security layer wherever manual efforts are there and optimized the L1 count.
