Job Purpose

To create, deliver and maintain solutions, Architecture & Design for various Integration programs related to GSM and Non-GSM products in Integration solution team.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
  • Define, design and finalise Solution Architecture and Design for Projects / Initiatives through effective interaction with business stakeholders, demand management, IT teams & multiple vendors
  • Review and approve the solution architecture & design in accordance with design principles, efforts and schedule;
  • Evaluate various solution design approaches to arrive at optimal solution design/architecture
  • Evaluate various technologies and solutions available within and outside the eco system to arrive at an optimal solution/architecture
  • Manage multiple technology partners for timely and qualitative end to end solution design
  • Manage stake holder satisfaction during interfacing with internal as well as external teams

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
  • Solution Architect, design and project management
  • Good understanding of IT Application’s Ecosystem for a telecom service provider specially for CRM, self-service applications and billing system
  • Good understanding of Telecom business process specifically in the area of Sales and Retail
  • Be an effective communicator ( oral and written), highly organized, good multi-tasker and possess leadership skills
  • Experience of working on large scale system transformation of OSS/BSS applications
  • Good understanding of telecom OSS/BSS applications, integration best practices, agile processes .
  • Hand-ons skills on Software development .
  • Knowledge about various modernization trends viz. microservices, Opensource adaptation, Cloudification, RPA, middleware technologies, AI etc

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications
  • Engineering/Technology graduate from reputed institution. MBA/PG an added advantage.
  • TOGAF, TMForum certification or similar
  • Skills on Software Development Methodologies ( SDLC)
  • Certification on various OSS/BSS technologies and tools
  • Telecom Domain expertise ( GSM, FixedLine, M2M, IOT,2/3G, 4G/5G)
