Job Purpose

 

  • Industry Best voice and data service experience in transport domain
  • Industry Best enterprise service experience in transport domain
  • Industry Best transport service experience through benchmarking in OOKLA, face book and other analytics tools
  • Meet NPS/TNPS/DCR for respective circles / clusters in transport domain
  • Usage of tools to deliver value to our mobility and enterprise customers (SevOne, Mycom, Accedian & UIM)
  • Ensure that the customer & service complaints (2G/4G) are as per target value.
  • Drive quality & standardization programs to ensure SLA and health of the services by effectively manage OEM vendors and circle operations.
  • Develop and deliver service satisfaction Index for transport network and services.
  • Bring innovation into the operating methods in terms of design accuracy, resource selection, and process automation
  • Periodic network parameter audit and actions

 

 

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  •  

 

  • Deliver transport service KPI for mobility and enterprise services.
  • Develop service improvement plan and deliver as per timeline.
  • Deliver packet loss, jitter and latency value as per agreement
  • Periodic Service performance audit
  • Ensure that network utilization is within the guideline defined
  • Accedian /Sev One /MYCOM / UIM usage to deliver best customer experience in transport domain
  • Close coordination with Transport Operations, CODE and COG team on improving network performance KPIs

 

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

 

  • 10 - 12 Years of Experience in Domain (Telecom/IT/OEM ) with 5-7 experience in handling Large Scale Telecom Network Domain
  • In depth understanding of VoLTE network interfaces and IP Key indicators (latency, packet loss and jitter)
  • Technical expertise in SDH/DWDM/Ethernet/IP-MPLS technologies
  • Service awareness in Mobility and Enterprises domain
  • Knowledge of service performance KPIs/SLA benchmarking and strategies for continual performance improvement.
  • Excellent team building capabilities and communication skill

 

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications

 

  • BE in Electronics & Telecommunication/IT.
  • Must have CCNP or equivalent certification
