Job Purpose |
In the highly competitive telecom business, Technology is the key differentiator of customer satisfaction. This role will be accountable for FDD/BSC/RNC/TDD/MIMO/Small cell/MW/Dismantling/Reverse Logistics / Opex calculation / NSS rollout completion and consolidation in Networks.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities |
Comple on of Technology FDD/TDD/MIMO/Small cell/MW Network Consolida on and Clean up within the specified melines Comple on of BSC/RNC integra on and dismantling Recovery of re-usable material and SRN to WH in good condi on. Dismantling and reverse logis cs of Switched off material back to WH as per the plans Accurate Site physical informa on sharing with Circle Finance for Provisioning and OPEX calcula ons.
Network Technology rollout Services GRN Genera on within TAT Ensure use of PPEs by all vendors, while working at height, Electrical systems and mandatory issuance of PTW at heights and energy isola on for all ac vi es. Ensure zero fatality in the cluster Managing cross-func onal engineering ac vi es as lead engineering manager for assigned programs, proposals, and IR&D ac vi es Iden fica on of capital, licenses, tools, etc. Facilitate Loading/Revised Loading upda ng in the Infra provider billing systems as per the changes in the Site configura on changes. Ensue OEM material supply aligned with planned Projects Fresh material induc on from OEM Vendors as per the Rollout plans Use of re-usable material within the cluster and movement of re-usable material to recipient Circles Compliance of NSS documenta on of all Dismantling related transac ons 100% GRN genera on within TAT |

Accurate upda ng of Project MIS portals for the Cluster and keep it updated on a daily basis Ac ve par cipa on in Corp Governance reviews with updated informa on Handover of traffic carrying & alarm free sites to opera ons Visibility of access Network as per plan Where ever necessary ini ate appropriate ac ons against the concerned par es for asset the , damage, missing, shortage, etc. and close loop with Finance Dept.
