Job Purpose	Managing paper activations and SIM exchange management Ensuing physical verification of bulk accounts Responsible for MNP number re-provisioning, Number series configuration, Premium number allocation and SIM pairing

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities	Paper activations, exception scenarios & SIM Exchange management Number blocking / unblocking for POS / Retail Onboarding Number series configuration / Premium number allocation / Mobile SIM pairing MNP number provisioning & re-allocation Co-ordinate physical verification of bulk accounts as per the list shared by process factory
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience	Understanding of customer life cycle, Regulatory norms & compliance Exposure & understanding of business IT system & provisioning platforms. MS office package
Must have technical / professional qualifications	Graduate with a minimum 5-7 years of experience in service provisioning roles & agency management
