Job Purpose

Responsible for managing all marketing analytics, reporting & functional ownership of all reporting tools and platforms.

 

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • Lead team of marketing analytics associates to ensure timeliness, accuracy & uniformity of all business reports
  • Monitor progress/trends against KPIs & share relevant observations to support business appropriate decision making
  • Work closely with product managers & relevant stakeholders from other functions e.g. finance, sales, network, customer service etc.
  • Lead automation & innovation efforts in business insights & reporting
  • Provide data support / inputs to other functions as required on regular and ad-hoc basis
  • Create business presentations for senior management on requirement basis

Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • Graduate with 3-4 years’ demonstrable experience in marketing / business / operations analytics.  
  • Experienced in handling large data sets
  • Expert at SQL, MS-Access & MS-Excel
  • Proficient in making business presentations
  • Experienced in leading 4-5 members teams.
