Job Purpose	To Ensure Radio Network availability Improvements. Governance with service partners to improve network uptime. Quality services and rich customer experience and in the process ensure market leadership; High performance culture and collaboration with relevant stakeholders
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities	Breakdown & preventive maintenance of 2G, 3G & 4G Sites Coordination with Infra providers to ensure network availability >99.95. Network Alarms rectification within 24 hrs to ensure Network quality Improvements. To ensure MW & txn network uptime >99.95% Inventory management & ensure NSS compliance. Supporting Capacity addition & traffic shifting as per. HSW Compliances & inculcating safety culture.. Ideas for opex efficiency
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience	Experience on RAN network Coordination skills with service partners. Good troubleshooting skills on MW & RAN Analytical skills
Must have technical / professional qualifications	B.tech Electronic & Communication
