Job Purpose

Manage and grow prepaid revenue business for the circle by leveraging pillars of growth (Unlimited penetration) and grow subscriber base through effective retention strategies.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities


  • CPR and revenue delivery for biz
  • Drive Tertiary across digital and etop business
  • Drive ARPU growth with increase in subs ticket size
  • Analytics to sales on DoS, bill cuts and availability across markets
  • All Base recharge product market push and partnership Tehsil / District/Zone Revenue benchmarking and driving better extractions.


  • RES Additions through churn programs
  • OG User addition programs and extraction from RES
  • Recharging UU Additions through UL and Non UL Recharges
  • 4G HS program, upgrade, churn and 4G Phone Helpline
  • Data Users, 4G Users additions, extraction from 4G HS
  • VoLTE HS Additions and VoLTE UU Extractions.

UL Extraction

  • UL User Additions programs by reducing UL churn
  • UL DRR / UL Targets for all team members
  • Drive/Improve UL Renewal across. Recruit, Renewals
  • UL Recovery from past UL users over the period of 90 days
  • Program to onboard more number of UL from Rs49/NUL product
  • Drive improve mix of ULD/LV from UL Renewal/Recruitment

Communication & Trade

  • Communication SMS, OBD, IVR, Whatsapp, CC IVR, Trade SMS, Clever Tap
  • Communication on Switch, PCN, PCA, Vi App notification 
  • Program to drive UL DRO, ULD DRO - like Aaj ki Kamayii
  • Program for DSE on Hotstar, DSE Superstar programs
  • Customer survey, VOC, 
  • Drive consumer experience excellence program.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Exposure to 121/ CVM process handling shall be added advantage.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

MBA from reputed institute with 5+ years of work experience
