Job Purpose :

The Lead IOT Smart Connectivity is a critical position responsible for defining and executing the strategic roadmap for the IoT business within the assigned region.  

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities : 

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a multi-year regional growth strategy for IoT Business that aligns with organization goals.
  • Revenue & Acquisition Accountability: Take full ownership of Gross Net and Revenue targets.
  • New Use Cases: Lead the identification and execution of large-scale new use cases, thereby creating alternate set of revenue streams.
  • Market Analysis & Expansion: Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and new vertical opportunities to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • High-Level Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives at key client organizations and internal stakeholders.
  • Business Planning: Lead the annual business planning process for the region, including financial forecasting, resource allocation, and market segmentation.
  • Training : Conduct regular training programs for the sales team along with the product teams.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • Strategic Vision & Execution: The ability to look 2–3 years ahead, predicting market shifts in IOT connectivity.
  • Vertical-Specific Domain Expertise: Deep technical and commercial understanding of the IoT ecosystem, including connectivity, hardware, and platform-as-a-service models.
  • Account Management: 5 to 7 years of Account Management experience

Education Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
