Active MT, SPO & KRO count

New SPO & KRO recruitment plan,  Existing MT & SPO Key account management

Promoter Productivity

Promoter payback accountability,  Effective SPO/KRO to ISP mapping

People Engagement

TSM SIP earning,  Promoter R&R program (PGS segmentation),  Promoter monthly attrition review with agency

Shopper Activation

Design & Launch in-store shopper activities

Liaising with Zonal team

Monthly planning with ZBM

  • Acquire quality customers
  • Achieving revenue target by driving Primary and secondary through retail distribution
  • Retailer expansion for both transacting outlets and activation outlets

Must have technical / professional qualifications


MBA with Sales / marketing qualification with at least 7 years of Sales experience.
