| Key Result Areas/Accountabilities | Network performance analysis through OSS/drive test/crowd sourced data and optimization to improve network quality (4G/VoLTE) & customer experience |
| Perform in-depth analysis of performance E2E KPIs. Propose technology actions to improve performance.- VDCR, HOSR, CSSR, Throughput, CQI at cell level. Indepth knowkedge for LAYER strategy and Load balancing Optimization and Analysis of High DCR , Low throughput and CSSR cells. Knowledge of MYCOM Reporting tool and Template preparation. Experience in Preparation of CR for changes required at counter level |
