Job Purpose |
· This role is responsible for supporting the Network Quality function by effectively analysing KPIs for improving Network Performance, Optimization and Experience management to provide superior Voice and Data experience to the customer

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities |
· Analyzing the KPI's (key performance indicators) statistics and monitoring the network for troubleshooting on daily basis. · Supporting RF drive test optimization of new/existing sites. · Troubleshooting of worst-performing cells. Analysis of counters and monitoring KPI trend to pinpoint exact issues. · Perform in-depth analysis of performance E2E KPIs. Propose technology actions to improve Network performance and CXX · Coordination with Zonal optimization team in sharing analysis and supporting them in experience improvement initiatives · Good understanding of hardware(Nokia) from network design prospective · Provide network optimization analysis and recommendations using a combination of drive data and network statistics · Assisting TRAI/DOT in RF network audit & preparing required network quality reports.
