Key Result Areas/Accountabilities	Governance with VIL teams, MS and Infra partners on HSW compliance Ensure 100% compliance with HSW compliance 0% fatality in the cluster and HSW score more than 90 Promote culture of safety and well ness
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience	Good communication skills Strong Knowledge of HSW compliance Knowledge of safety rules Min 4-5 years of experience
