Job Purpose

As part IFCFR compliance, need dedicated resource to test ITRA controls which includes system report /backend configuration, ITGC Controls and check access conflicts in critical revenue systems.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
  1. Analyzing critical revenue system for user roles/access and identify the excessive access in systems such as IN, Amdocs Billing, ETPUP and RECC etc.
  2. RCA for excessive access and implementation automated process to identify such errors
  3. Review of business RCM to identify  IPE’s & automated controls
  4. Collaborate closely with IT/Network Process owners for management testing of IPE/Automated controls    
  5. Collaborate closely with IT / Network Team for IPE & Automated controls testing.
  6. Co-ordination with Statutory Auditors for backend, frontend and accuracy testing for IPE’s
  7. Define system scope for ITGC controls/ITGC control Identification and documentation
  8. Governance over Control Self-Assessment (CSA) through online GRC PC tool and ICFR tool to give assurance to the leadership team on existence and operating effectiveness of controls.
  9. Imparting training to users to perform online CSA & Quality Analysis of evidences submitted as part of Corporate CSA performance.
  10. Identifying areas for automation of control performance
  11. Co-ordination with statutory auditors for Audit Sampling and resolution of queries raised.
  12. Other ado activities and assisting in other ICFR related activities

Additional desirable

  1. Walkthrough and Assessment of Control Design Effectiveness of ITGC controls/
  2. Monitor Design Remediation Actions & Test and Document Operating Effectiveness of Control
  3. Support to Business Controls Testing of subsidiaries.

 

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
  • Background of IT testing and backend configuration testing in Revenue Systems
  • Knowledge of Business Controls and testing.
  • IT Audit background is preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel , SAP

Must have technical / professional qualifications

BE /B Tech (IT) ,  Additional qualification in Finance/ MBA Finance
