Role	Manager – Retail Audits & Governance

Job Purpose	Monitoring Retail audits, SSC Variance Trackers and leading various projects as assigned by the management.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities	Releasing SVCCL (Self Validation Control Check List) Assessment from MOSAIC to PAN India Store Managers on monthly basis, reviewing the responses with monthly retail audits and surprise audits conducted. Monitoring the Monthly Retail Audits been performed across all circles and ensuring that the audit is performed without fail, in case of any deviations, escalating to the CFH. Conducting surprise audits in sample stores across all the circles (Minimum 30 retail stores in a year) and connecting with Circle/Cluster Retail Heads during the Circle visits. Flashing the observations of Repetitive Issues found in retail audits (Monthly and Surprise Audits) Following up with Retail stores for actions closure (Monthly and Surprise audits) before the due date Reviewing the Aged Items of Collection Reconciliations prepared by SSC team. Reviewing the CPOS vs Etop up and IWR vs utilization of the balance transferred reconciliations done by SSC team Suggesting Process Improvements Ideas for processes connected to Collections and Reconciliations based on the above reviews. Preparing presentations for various stakeholders as and when required. Assisting in other management testing related activities.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience	Knowledge of Finance/Accounts. Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Internal Audit background is preferred. Retail store audit experience would be an added advantage Excellent verbal, written and inter-personal skills Good analytical skills Travelling at least 10 days in a month
Must have Technical / Professional Qualifications	Chartered Accountant
Years of Experience	5-7 Years (minimum 2 years in Telecom Industry)
