Role	24X7 Team Lead Central Nodal Desk

Job Purpose	Required to Work at Central Nodal Desk and support 24 X7 Nodal Operations. Develop a close working relationship with the Nodal staff across circles to ensure timely compliance with Security Agencies requirements regarding legal interception, Subscriber Information and Call detail records (CDR). To facilitate legal interception as per procedure laid down by DOT and the internal process/policies set out for this purpose. Prepare monthly reports / MIS reports / Maintain records at Central Nodal Desk. To carry out duties maintaining complete confidentiality.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities	Comply with the Legal Interception requests received from authorised security agencies, as per process laid down by the DoT and LI SOP. Provide prompt response to Security Agencies data disclosure requests adhering to the TAT prescribed by DOT. Prepare , maintain and update Central Nodal records related to the following – Lawful Interception requests and issues thereof. CDR/IPDR requests and issues thereof. Tracker of LI and Data disclosure issues. CLIR website data updation. Nodal Officers list. Maintain & ensure CONFIDENTIALITY of the communication between Security/ Govt Agencies and the company.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience	Graduate from any stream – preferably science graduate Should be ready to work on 24 X 7 basis and willing to put extra hours of work, as per requirement. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Fluency in English (both written and oral) Good communication skills. Commitment to adhering to timelines Team player
