Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

 

To lead the flagship Young Talent Program with an intent to become the employer of choice at Premier B-Schools to attract, develop and retain best talent from campuses and groom them into future leaders.

 

  1. To create a strong employer brand and engage with top B-schools. 
  2. Create an end-to-end Structure for Vodafone Idea Leadership Program including 3-Year Program Design & way forward (starting from summer internship program followed by PPO/ PPI process).
  3. Design and execute robust and rigorous learning paths for the young leader’s basis the defined competency model.
  4. Provide structured career paths and faster growth trajectory to young leaders, partnering with business.
  5. Leading National transformation projects in the HR domain.

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications

 

Relevant Experience of driving end to end campus placements, employer branding, onboarding and integration programs of young talent.

MBA from Premium Institute.
