Role	Vi Outbound Lead

Function / Department	Postpaid/ Outbound & Vi Mini Stores
Location	Mumbai
Job Purpose	Drive the building & scale up of quality postpaid acquisitions nationally, by spearheading the Vi Outbound channel and CSP. The purpose of the role is drive the postpaid net add and revenue enhancement agenda through the Vi Outbound and Alternate channels (DSA and CSP) through planning, enabling and establishing governance models.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities	Drive the national outbound acquisition agenda net of churn as per DB for all segments – Consumer , Digital , Enterprise (SOHO/ SME), IOIP , large accounts etc Partner with the clusters to design the DSA channel in terms of towns to be covered and the right count of DSA in these towns Drive productivity of the DSA channel by making relevant interventions Design and ownership of DSA and CSP COCA Drive new initiatives / automation at DSA and CSP channel to enhance productivity and augment postpaid business Managing the DSA FOS activities to enhance productivity. Champion and drive automation in this channel Anchor the Channel Payout through Scheme Studio. Run programs for CSP along with productivity improvement measures. Manages Cross sell and upsell opportunities like premium number proposition.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience	7 to 10 years of experience in Channel Sales & Distribution in B2B & B2C environment Experience in Franchisee / DSA management Proven operation excellence Problem solving, strategic & analytical capabilities Process improvement mind set Ability to coordinate with and influence other functions for alignment on priorities related to the ViMS and outbound channel.
Must have technical / professional qualifications	Desired : MBA
