Job Purpose

To support the Treasury Department with prime responsibility of conceptualization, development and third party appraisal of Financial Business Models and negotiation of terms, conditions and documentation for the purpose of raising and managing short term and long term resources in local as well as in other currencies and fund management to ensure adequate liquidity in the system.

Would also need to provide support to management of currency risk, operational process improvements on cashflow management and related areas.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

1. Loan Agreements, sanction letters, security documents Negotiation and finalisation
2. Timely Debt Servicing
3. Interest Budget , Interest Tally ( Budget vs actuals), Board Presentation
4. Compliance with Statutory Regulations
5. Internal stakeholder management, interaction with senior management and co ordination with secretarial, accounting, legal and commercial teams
6. Capability development of reportees and other junior team members

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Experienced Professional in Treasury with experience in Loan Negotiation, finalization of agreements, planning and budgeting

Must have technical / professional qualifications

CA  preferably with CFA qualification / MBA Finance with relevant work experience
