Job Description / Role profile

Role title: Head – Feasibility	Function: COG
Band: - General Manager	Department: Technology Enterprise Services
Reports to: Head TES / Enterprise CTO	Location: Corporate
Objective: leading Enterprise and carrier feasibility and giving optimal solution for each FLX business requirement / case of ViBS Role purpose: Responsible for turning around the feasibility request for the connectivity and other services ( FR) for FLX LoB to enable the sales team to win in the Market place through cost effective and timely feasibility response. Drive Feasibility function to deliver Techno-commercial viable solution for fixed line services (voice & data) for VBS customers; last mile connectivity plan for customers using various technologies and access methodologies. Achieve an optimized Capex/Opex for business case viability; work closely with ViBS Sales team to understand customer requirements; support the OSS team for building robust tools to support feasibility function. Analyze non-feasible cases and provide required information to Planning/ Circle team to action on capacity Planning and upgrade network. Develop & establish end-to-end feasibility process for FLDS like NPLC, ILL, MPLS, etc. as per customer requirement and network feasibility. Ensure that systems, processes and methodologies as specified are followed to sure effective monitoring, control and support of feasibility function.
Key performance indicators: Detailed Feasibility:90% as Per SLA within 3 days Desktop Feasibility: 90 % as per SLA within 2 days Cost of Feasibility: As per AOP. Responsible for providing End to end positive feasibility (85%) or with alternate Option for not feasible cases.	Core competencies, knowledge and experience: 15-18 years’ experience in the field of technology operations, Technical project management, Data Communications, Telecom and networking. Demonstrable experience of working in a Telecom network design and Service delivery function Experience with Data Networking platforms and Enterprise products & services Project Management skills & Business Acumen Effective communication and inter-personal skill
	Must have technical / professional qualifications: BE / B TEch in Electronics & Communication
	Capex management and Opex Management Ownership - Rs 385 Crs / ~ 50 Crs
	Direct reports: Feasibility team – Segment SPOC’s Dotted reports: CFT - TES Feasibility Leads at Circles
