Job Purpose

Implement Talent Management framework, work closely with HRBPs/Functions on succession pipeline, Talent analytics, building the right capability in teams –both functional and behavioural, Drive learning penetration at Corporate, design and develop Training content and delivery of programs.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Work with the stakeholders to administer the talent management process and finalise the Top Talent.
  • Work with the HRBPs and Functions on succession planning for the critical roles.
  • Drive structured engagement with identified top talents/identified successors.
  • Monthly Talent/succession health and analytics, benchmarking, Dashboard
  • Training design and delivery- Delivery of programs designed for national rollouts. Creating bespoke content for business requirements- both Functional and Behavioural. Ability to use Instructional Design Methodologies to create innovate behavioural training content for corporate and national rollouts. Research and explore innovative ways of training to create a deeper impact.
  • For functional, identification of the best partner / trainer externally to deliver the content. Partner with business teams to provide inputs in the content to customize as per context, needs of business and validate the functional content if it will meet the desired objectives using principles of Instructional Design
  • Process of Learning Need Identification, Delivery and Evaluation of programs and managing Learning and Capability budgets
  • Design – including creating or co-creating and Creating role-based journeys
  • Governance and management of programs – MIS and Analytics, Dashboards and check-ins
  • Launch and drive Learning Management system – Drive digital learning interventions
  • Establish return on expectations for the training interventions through metrics and outcomes. Closely work with functions on key expectations and align programs
  • Recognize and adopt best practices in the area of capability and talent initiatives
  • Drive Diversity and Inclusion as a critical business agenda. Create bespoke programs for women colleagues in the organization for enabling them to take bigger, broader roles in the organization

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • Talent Management, succession planning, HIPO engagement and development
  • Ability to identify and link the learning and capability goals with the Vision and business goals
  • Influence decision makers across functions to solve for business problems
  • Conceptualisation and project management skills

Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • PGDM/MBA in HR
  • Accreditation in L&D tools and methodologies is preferred
  • Certified Facilitator / Coaching Credentials will be beneficial
  • Knowledge of some psychometric instruments such as DISC, MBTI, FIRO-B etc.
