Job Purpose

  • To support and partner in implementing existing as well as the ongoing development of Compensation, Benefits & Recognition practices for VIL and its subsidiaries

 

Key Accountabilities

  1. Ongoing Management & Development of National Rewards Strategy and Framework for VIL, and other entities and subsidiaries of VIL:
  • Managing increment cycle, periodic compensation/promotion instances and related budget/analytics tracking
  • Implementation and roll out of AVPP and LTIP schemes for the organization, Sales Incentive Plan governance and effectiveness
  • Rewards Communication
  • Driving and Building on the Digital Rewards Agenda

 

  1. Support in periodic analysis, tracking and development of Headcount & Cost Analytics, Reporting, Book of Standards, Trending etc. and the provision of insights arising out of the same.

 

  1. Rewards & Benefits Benchmarking, Market Study and Analysis:

Partnering with both internal and external stakeholders in sourcing & analysis of industry/market data to aid in Rewards decision making and policy development. Partnering with external consultants on salary benchmarking surveys etc. to gather market competitive data

  1. Study, Develop and Review HR Policies and related Processes
  • Ongoing review and management of existing policies/practices
  • Launch of new policies/amendments basis business/employee requirements & streamlining of practices
  • Increasing awareness, communication and penetration, and related tracking

 

  1. Support in ongoing Rewards CoE activities
  • Rewards Capability Building initiatives for Circle Rewards SPOCs to enhance Domain knowledge and building internal talent pool.
  • Manpower Planning and Budgeting
  • Query resolution and grievance management

 

  1. Lead Rewards CoE for other entities and subsidiaries of VIL:
  • Manage CoE activities for VIL subsidiaries such as VISSL, YBB, etc.
  • Set up and review Rewards framework for VISSL and Senior Leadership at YBB and support other legal entities for similar scope.
  • Responsible for ensuring alignment of Rewards and Policies during inter entity movements/transitions
  • Liaison with subsidiaries management team for milestone Rewards deliverables

 

Core Competencies/ Skills/knowledge

 

  • 8 – 10 years’ experience in Total Rewards with adequate exposure to working in Service Sector companies
  • Adept at Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with SAP Success Factors Comp Tool preferable
  • Exposure to Rewards Analytics Tools
  • Logical & Analytical thinking
  • Ability to be Innovative
  • Creative approach as per dynamic business needs
