Job Purpose
|
- Digital Product Owner - Partnerships is responsible for driving the partnership priorities and delivering capabilities to meet our aspiration of 100 mn digital monthly active user
- Digital product owner is responsible for making various partnership offering live and increase business through online channels
- Product owner will be responsible to drive and engage partners independently on some key Digital propositions
- Digital PO Partnerships will work closely with marketing and partnership teams to build user journeys and create curated experiences offerings
- The role will have one foot in the daily work of the Scrum teams, and one foot in the future. The role will visualize, plan and execute digital products which users love.
- In the daily routine the product owner will work with teams of engineers, designers, digital marketers, analytics experts and user experience and visual designers to plan and deliver End to end solutions for Partnerships and telco product propositions
- Design thinking, host empathy and ability to balance technology with a human touch will be critical for this role.
- The role has the responsibility of working with relevant cross functional teams in Digital Delivery, IT, Sales , Marketing product managers as well as external support agencies for end to end delivery

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

- Develop and define user stories / items and acceptance criteria from the feature and capability roadmap
- Responsible for landing page ; UI/UX, Digital journey design including active A/B testing
- Rank and prioritize items and add them to the team backlog for sprint development, conveying a clear vision of what is required to be built
- Approve the final release plan and accept all deliverables against defined user stories and acceptance criteria
- Closely Work with Digital IT, and other digital experts and external agencies to deliver on all initiatives on our digital assets with ownership of end to end delivery
- KPIs: Delivery efficiencies , Scope and Time management of deliveries, Resilience of Digital Products

- Strong knowledge and understanding of partnerships ecosystem, UI/UX and analytics

Must have technical / professional qualifications

- MBA essential
- Minimum of 6 to 8yrs relevant experience essential in Online/Digital organization with Digital Product Manager/ Ecomm / Digital delivery background
- Understanding concept of Agile ways of working
