Job Purpose

 

  • Digital Product Delivery Lead- Prepaid Trade apps manages company’s all key digital assets which are used by trade partners such as retailers, retail stores, SPOs supporting the Prepaid- Sales and Distribution/MRD business
  • These digital assets manage almost 50% of company’s daily prepaid business and >95% of daily acquisition business
  • Prepaid Trade Apps PDL is responsible to build product feature and define roadmap which meets functional needs, regulatory compliance, technical edge
  • The role will include being key strategist for the product as well as execution partner for delivery
  • In the daily routine the delivery lead will work with functional Product managers/ product owners to define product vision, features and customer journeys on one hand and  teams of engineers, designers, analytics experts and user experience and visual designers , to build & delivery these features
  • This role is responsible for the definition of customer-centric items or user stories designed to increase business through trade channel.
  • PDL will be responsible to drive ongoing demands with core BSS teams for effective planning and delivery
  • The role has the responsibility of working with relevant cross functional teams in Digital Delivery, IT, Sales , Marketing product managers as well as external support agencies for end to end delivery
  • This role will have accountability for all key development and operations activities such as business stakeholder management, partner coordination for various development and test activities. Preproduction readiness, production rollouts and post production support across PAN India for the relevant assets supporting Prepaid Trade business.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Develop and define user stories / items and acceptance criteria from the feature and capability roadmap
  • Ensure digital journeys are integral (simple, intuitive, error free) ,with the best customer experience and in compliance with regulatory
  • Rank and prioritize items and add them to the team backlog for sprint development, conveying a clear vision of what is required to be built
  • Approve the final release plan and accept all deliverables against defined user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Closely Work with SnD, CS, marketing and IT, to deliver on all trade related initiatives on our digital assets with ownership of end to end delivery  
  • Ensure application in production delivers high availability and has minimal unplanned downtime, due to application or configuration issues.
  • Manage the respective SLA’s pertaining to respective applications and periodic audits to be performed for effective operations
  • KPIs: Delivery efficiencies , Scope and Time management of deliveries, Resilience of Digital Products

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • Strong knowledge and understanding on digital delivery , UI/UX and analytics
  • Strong knowledge of telecom (preferably mobile) domain, e2e business processes and IT mapping of the same across BSS, OSS and Enterprise landscape

Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • MBA Essential. Preferred Graduate in Computer Engineering/Application or with IT development background.
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience essential in Online/Digital organization with delivery background
  • Understanding of Agile & DevOps principles and technologies
