Job Purpose

Managing the Pan India product configuration

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Strategic

  • Strategize, Design & Develop National Product Execution process.
  • Develop and Facilitate Prioritize customer experience initiatives across market segments to improve NPS, Product Uptake & Revenue

 

Operational

  • Responsible for Product configuration on all systems (IN, UPSS etc.)
  • Coordinating with RA, UAT & Circle marketing for smooth product roll-out
  • Ensuring error free product configuration
  • Designing Customer Journeys
  • Working with external partners to introduce new features.

  • Technology architecture and its impact on business

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • Graduate
  • Knowledge in Networking and Telecom Industry
