Job Purpose	This position carries the responsibility of looking after various revenue related reporting of business performances for entire Clusters. Continuous support to Process factory team on daily basis for day to day issue resolution & process improvement. Publishing KPI tracker providing performance of CPR, Subscribers, Tertiary, Recharge & usage details to senior management on a Daily basis. This position will also be responsible for preparation of various cost analysis at a functional level. Tracking cost element wise performance against budget and communicate through circulating monthly dash boards & presentations. Trigger outliers to help taking correction actions. Responsible for preparation key business insights. Weekly presentation of various business statistics to Senior Management at CXO level and to Operational Directors to support taking strategic business interventions. Working closely with BI, IT & Hyperion team for various system related developmental work ensuring all new requirements / change in the business KPIs are given effect in the reporting system & structure Controlling data quality, reporting structure & various exceptional reporting Explore & ensure various automation possibilities across reporting activities, drive automations and ensure implementation of the same. Handling various Business demands that comes up from operation team including COO & OD offices, ensuring timely reporting / sharing analysis.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities	Daily Monitoring of trends of various KPIs (Funnel study, Recharge trend etc.) with accuracy and as per the timelines. Timely and accurate publication of all Revenue & Cost related reports for each of the Clusters along with relevant KPIs of Revenue, Subscribers & Cost for each line of business and for all products , both for mobility and non-mobility on daily/weekly/monthly basis Weekly Preparation of Business Review Presentation as designed basis inputs from Ops team. Providing continuous support to process factory team on various operational issues including system developments Driving various automation of reports , working closely with BI & IT team, ensuring timely implementation Timely & accurately closing Flash1 reporting that involves closing monthly Revenue & Subscribers reporting Preparation of performance tracker used for circle operation review Ensure database management of HPM and drive upgradation of the same Maintain control on reporting templates, change requirements in-line with system output & business requirements
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience	Finance back-ground, Knowledge of current reporting tools, Understanding various system functionalities used for reporting purpose (Hyperion, BI, Amdocs etc.), Good Excel skills, Presentation etc. Preferably Telecom experience in FP&A / Management reporting role. Working environment experience in Hyperion is added advantage.
Must have technical / professional qualifications	CA or CFA or MBA with good analytical, communication & people management skill
