|

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

- Customer Delight /CXX
A 1. Fiber Incidence / 1000 KM and TPKM should be <8 cuts/1000KM per month.
A 2. Fiber span/link loss wihtin the targte threshold < 0.3 db for NLD and 0.45 for Metro
A 3. Fiber Integrity 5% improvement YoY (from 65% to 70% nationally) and circles as per their circle specific
A 4. Fiber MTTR <240minfor 80% instance
A 5. ZERO Open topology >24 Hrs
A 6. 100% Patrolling to be ensured in all Own routes NIL cases in Patrolling for outside buffer zone, GPS off, Handset changes
A 7. 25% reduction YoY in P1 and P2 counts
B 1. Fiber route planning as per AOP target; 10 % Capex saving efficiency versus AOP
B 2. Fixed % of IRU and Own route to be ensured
B 3. Utility provider fiber to be inducted in critical sections to avoid damage to UG fiber; 100% lit up of OPGW within 3 months of HOTO
B 4. All newly build route should have ROW permission and database to be maintained
B 5. Fiber ring circumference to be designed as per guideline
B 6. Timely IRU signoff for new route build to be ensured

- 100% adherence of all SLA reward and penalty on IRU and Fiber partner payment as per agreed SOW and SLA
- Repair cost reduction by 10%
- Timely IRU partner PR/POs and O&M payments
- Patroller and Route Guards reduction by 20%, strict adherence to RAG guidelines for the routes
- Vehicle running optimization and compliances in accordance to Vehicle tracking tool
- Petty Cash management process with app-based approvals, tracking and disbursal through the Manpower agency in designated heads
- Regulatory compliance
- 100% compliances of all defined processes
- Digital initiatives and team engagement
- 100% HSW compliance and Zero Fatality
- App based Leadership Dashboard reward and recognition compliance as per defined matrices in the uWFM
- uWFM/SI compliance in overall operations, planning and deployment functions
- Competency development / In-house training – Functional and Leadership - 2 sessions per Quarter.
- Improve Gender Balance in the team as per targets (+5%)
- NPS of the function across key people surveys to be >70 %

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
|
- 15 years of Telecom experience in fiber Planning/Project/Operations. Ability to manage in dynamic, highly challenging environments.
- In-depth knowledge, experience and sound understanding of transport operations model, technologies such as DWDM , SDH, EoSDH,IP/MPLS, TE, QoS.
- Commercial and legal understanding for closure of contract and agreements with vendors to get better KPIs and cost factor advantage and also Govt. policies related to ROW.
- Strong Stakeholder management, Negotiation skills and Strategic mind set to make win-win alliance with TSP partners and IRU partners.
- Opex cost reduction by network optimization, AMC managements, operational deployment and other means.
