Job Purpose: To help clusters in building a strong HSW culture which can help in preventing incidents.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive corporate initiatives at cluster level to ensure timely and effective implementaiton

Conduct HSW audits and track corrective and preventive action plan
-
Support user funciton in conducting risk assessments for high risk activities
-
Condut HSW trainings for different stakholders
-
Lead incident investigaiton to identifiy root cause of the same

Maintaining safety records and documentation
-
Monitoring compliance with safety regulaiton
-
Promoting a safety culture
-
Collabraiton with line functions and supporting them in safety execution of work

Ensuring a robust emergency prepration and response plan
-
Engagement with high risk contractors for ensuring robust HSW Management system
