Job Purpose: To help clusters in building a strong HSW culture which can help in preventing incidents. 

 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

 

  1. Drive corporate initiatives at cluster level to ensure timely and effective implementaiton

  2. Conduct HSW audits and track corrective and preventive action plan

  3. Support user funciton in conducting risk assessments for high risk activities

  4. Condut HSW trainings for different stakholders

  5. Lead incident investigaiton to identifiy root cause of the same 

  6. Maintaining safety records and documentation

  7. Monitoring compliance with safety regulaiton

  8. Promoting a safety culture

  9. Collabraiton with line functions and supporting them in safety execution of work

  10. Ensuring a robust emergency prepration and response plan 

  11. Engagement with high risk contractors for ensuring robust HSW Management system

Qualificaiton: Must have technical/professional qualification. Enginnering or science graduate with post dimploma in Industrial Safety
