Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partnering with respective CXOs
- Work closely with respective CXOs to translate their strategic priorities into clear, company-aligned objectives
- Support CXOs in articulating vision, priorities, roadmaps and trade-off choices to the CEO for timely, informed decisions.
- Facilitate alignment across different verticals on initiatives that cut across functions (e.g., technology, enterprise solutions, cost and compliance agenda)
2. Supporting the CEO's Strategic Framework
- Work directly with the CEO and EVP- Strategy to refine the overarching strategy for the organization keeping in mind the larger objectives.
- Prepare structured insights, strategic options, and point-of-view notes that help the CEO frame decisions with clarity.
- Bring fresh perspectives with the help of research across indsutries, benchmarking, governance models, org structures - to sharpen long-term strategy.
3. Execution Alignment & Operations rigor
- Shape the operating rigor between the CEO Office and relevant CXOs - ensuring priorities, milestones and interdependencies are well governed.
- Build governance forums & review mechanism to ensure progress of operations and initiatives
4. Cross-functional Leadership Support
- Connect dots across people, finance, legal, technology, and corporate affairs to identify patterns, challenges or strategic calls.
- Ensure strong alignment of impact areas, initiatives and strategic shifts between the CEO and the respective CXOs

- Faster, clearer decision-making across enabling & technology functions.
- High-quality strategic inputs and frameworks enabling the CEO to think ahead
