Role purpose

Lead Sales modernization outcomes by partnering with Vendor and internal stakeholders; translate sales pain points into AI-enabled workflows and ship production use cases rapidly on the shared GenAI platform, ensuring reuse and scalability.

Key responsibilities

  • Own SalesIQ roadmap (Monthly waves) and delivery plan; drive measurable outcomes (productivity, conversion, win-rate, cycle time, attach).
  • Be the single-point bridge with Vendor: requirements, acceptance criteria, reusable component expectations, release plan and operational readiness.
  • Run discovery with frontline sales; map journeys and prioritize problems using data and user feedback.
  • Define and track KPIs (adoption + business impact); create executive-ready dashboards and reviews.
  • Ensure Responsible AI: approvals, audit logs, data access governance, hallucination controls and quality thresholds.
  • Build a repeatable “use-case factory”: templates, evaluation harness, prompt/knowledge patterns, onboarding playbook for new use cases.

Must-have skills / capabilities

  • Strong product/program ownership mindset; outcome-driven execution.
  • Tech fluency: APIs, data pipelines, LLM/RAG concepts, evaluation/monitoring (not necessarily a coder).
  • Comfort with metrics, dashboards, and ROI articulation.
  • Influence across Sales, Sales Ops, Product, IT, Digital, Security; ability to manage vendor and an executive presence.

Experience

8–14 years (flexible for exceptional candidates). Experience leading cross-functional digital/AI or sales transformation programs.

Preferred backgrounds

  • Born in cloud B2B Startups / SaaS sales / AI product roles with enterprise GTM exposure
  • Consulting (Big 4) with proven delivery ownership (shipped, adopted, measured)
  • Enterprise sales transformation / sales ops / CVM in telco or B2B businesses
