Location	Mumbai
Job Purpose	To drive financial governance of Vi's passive infrastructure portfolio by delivering accurate network cost variance analysis, IP vendor MIS, and MSA compliance. The role ensures timely RPT reporting and cross-functional project management, enabling finance business partnering for the passive infra P2P (purchase-to-pay) function.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities	Deliver detailed network cost variance analysis and reconcile cost positions between F&A and FP&A teams. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports — circle-wise, category-wise, and IP vendor-wise — covering normalised and accounted costs, average cost, and site counts. Monitor IP vendor and category-wise dispute MIS and drive timely resolution of disputed amounts. Interpret MSA clauses and addendums correctly and analyse financial impact of new products, changes, and amendments. Formulate and implement the energy fixed cost model in coordination with IP vendors. Lead cross-functional projects — obtaining precise inputs, managing challenges, and delivering objectives with quality and timeliness. Compile RPT details from multiple stakeholders for Omnibus reporting and ensure accuracy of financial disclosures for VIL, subsidiaries, and SEBI reporting. Govern P2P process compliance for passive infra vendor invoices — ensuring correct accounting, approvals, and payment within defined TAT.
