Job Purpose	The Program Manager will work directly with the EVP – Cluster Enterprise Operations to drive coordination, insights, and execution excellence across clusters. The role is responsible for business analytics, program governance, and creating impactful business presentations. The incumbent will act as a key enabler to monitor performance, identify critical business issues, and ensure alignment of actions with enterprise objectives across all business lines — Mobility, Fixed Line, IoT, and Emerging Business.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities	1. Cluster Coordination & Governance Support the EVP in ensuring effective coordination across cluster operations teams. Drive governance cadence, track actions, and follow up on commitments from reviews and leadership meetings. Consolidate inputs from clusters to create a unified business view and ensure consistency of reporting formats and insights. 2. Business Analytics & Insights Analyze cluster performance data to generate insights on revenue, profitability, and key KPIs. Identify trends, deviations, and potential risks to business targets and bring them to EVP’s attention with actionable recommendations. Develop dashboards and scorecards for performance tracking across lines of business and key initiatives. 3. Business Decks & Strategic Communication Prepare high-quality management presentations, business reviews, and strategic decks for internal and external leadership forums. Synthesize complex data and inputs into crisp, insightful narratives to support executive decision-making. 4. Issue Identification & Problem Solving Highlight critical business challenges requiring EVP intervention or cross-functional collaboration. Work with respective teams to ensure timely resolution and follow-through on key issues. 5. Program Management & Execution Excellence Track progress of strategic initiatives and national programs across clusters. Ensure timely reporting, adherence to timelines, and proactive risk mitigation. Partner with finance, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment of cluster operations with enterprise goals.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience	Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business data. Excellent communication and presentation capabilities. High level of ownership, coordination, and follow-through. Strategic thinking with strong execution focus. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have technical/ professional qualifications	MBA or equivalent qualification preferred. 6–10 years of experience in business analysis, program management, or strategy roles. Experience in telecom, technology, or enterprise business operations preferred.
