Role profile

Role title:  Program Manager

Function:  VIBS

Band:  M2

Department: Channels & SOHO

Reports to: National Sales Head-SME

Location: Mumbai, Corporate

Role purpose: To drive business planning for the segment and provide guidance to circles on revenue budgeting. Build account level intelligence across all circles by publishing comprehensive dashboard.

To manage and drive sales processes like sales automation , rewards & recognition and incentives, with an objective of speed and simplicity to business, whilst complying with agreed budget, timelines and policy guidelines.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

[max 5]:

  • Lead the Business planning for segment and play critical role in annual budgeting process.
  • Develop and implement sales & Channel management processes, rewards & recognition programs for the sales teams
  • Publish circle level dashboards covering KPIs, Product wise PAM productivity, feasibilities analysis, VEPP performance & Mid market 10K report
  • Manage SME/SOHO tagging process and resolve cross segment conflicts through strong process implementation
  • Manage & control segment opex

 

Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:

  • Minimum experience of 8 to 10 years from Telecom/IT industry
  • Experience in Analytics and Excel
  • Sales operations & Partner management experience
  • Strong understanding of oracle, CRM

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • Graduate
