Job Purpose

The AGM – Product Marketing will be a senior member of Vi’s Enterprise Marketing team, responsible for end-to-end product marketing and go-to-market execution enterprise offerings across our customer segments.

The role requires deep grounding in brand strategy and communication, combined with exceptional execution capabilities, and will own national campaigns across product launches, acquisition, U&R, and retention initiatives.

 

High-visibility role within Enterprise Marketing.

Ownership of core mobility products and national campaigns.

Significant cross-functional exposure and leadership interaction.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Product Marketing & Campaign Leadership

  • Own end-to-end product marketing campaigns for Vi Enterprise product offerings.
  • Translate consumer and business insights into strong communication platforms and campaign narratives.
  • Lead product launches, acquisition campaigns, UNR initiatives, and retention programs at a national scale.
  • Ensure marketing strategy is tightly aligned with product roadmaps and business priorities.

 

Brand Strategy & Communication

  • Bring strong brand thinking to all product marketing initiatives.
  • Build clear, differentiated communication frameworks that balance brand consistency with product relevance.
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to Vi Business’s brand architecture, tone, and visual language.

 

Marketing Strategy & Execution Excellence

  • Spearhead the entire GTM lifecycle—from strategy to execution.
  • Develop integrated marketing plans covering messaging, channel mix, phasing, and rollout.
  • Coordinate closely with performance marketing, digital, and social media teams to drive impact and scale.
  • Liaise with cluster marketing teams to ensure high-quality and timely execution across regions.

 

Retail & On-Ground Execution

  • Own retail marketing execution for assigned campaigns.
  • Translate national campaigns into effective on-ground assets and retail visibility.
  • Partner with sales and retail teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness at the point of sale.

 

Brand & Marquee Events

  • Actively contribute to brand communication and execution around large marquee events led by Vi Business.
  • Deliver product-led brand assets and integrated marketing support in collaboration with the larger brand team.
  • Ensure seamless integration of product messaging within high-visibility brand moments.

 

Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Internal Stakeholders: Product teams, Marketing teams, Cluster Marketing teams, Senior Leadership
  • External Stakeholders: Creative Agency, Media Agency, Performance Marketing Agency, Social Media Agency
  • Act as the central coordination point across all stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment, clarity, and execution discipline across functions.
  • Present campaign strategies, plans, and outcomes to senior leadership with confidence and clarity.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • 7–10 years of total work experience in marketing.
  • Strong exposure to technology-led, product-first brands (telecom, technology, SaaS, digital platforms preferred).
  • Thorough grounding in brand strategy and brand communications is essential.
  • Prior product marketing and/or product management experience is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale, integrated marketing campaigns with execution excellence.
  • Experience working closely with senior leadership teams in complex organizations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and executional depth.

Must have technical/ professional qualifications

  • Degree in Management / Engineering or equivalent
