Job Purpose	Drive and optimize revenue generation from infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with overall company financial goals.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities	Own the Product Roadmap & Lifecycle: Lead the strategic direction and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with business goals and market demands throughout the product’s lifecycle. Product Launch & Enablement: Develop and communicate the product’s value proposition, manage training initiatives, and support product enablement activities for internal teams and partners. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution: Own and drive the product-specific GTM strategy within the organization (VI) and work closely with external partners through the Joint GTM (JGTM) program for effective market entry. Presales/PSS Escalation Point: Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations related to solution support, OEM pricing, and pre-sales activities, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. Revenue & Performance Management: Monitor and manage product revenue performance, including forecasting, performance tracking, and developing interventions to improve revenue and pipeline growth. Product Growth & Market Penetration: Identify and implement strategic initiatives to boost product revenue and increase market share within the target verticals. Partner Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key partners to drive sales, support business growth, and ensure long-term success within the ecosystem.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience	7-10 years of experience as product manager in ICT company. Knowledge on ICT system Integration. Should have experience in working and building partner ecosystem, Wifi, routing switching, servers, storage, virtualization platforms. Sound Business acumen, customer facing/presales experience.
Must have technical / professional qualifications	BE with MBA (preferred).
