Job Purpose

  • Drive D2C Acquisition Programs to generate footfalls in the retail catchment, develop consumer connect programs /offers that can help drive retail footfalls and Postpaid offtake. This role would also work on identifying adjacent categories and potential partnerships that help generate interest and footfalls which one can potentially convert while also driving brand engagement and stickiness.





Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Develop marketwise activation calendar and related GTM planning & implementation
  • Identify adjacent categories that would generate interest and consequently retail footfalls and liaise with the partnerships team to develop win-win propositions of mutual benefit.
  • Grow Pre to Post acquisition mix to drive inflow
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer acquisition quality and ARPU
  • Manage new customer onboarding and associated process improvements
