Job Purpose

  • To develop and manage postpaid products and programs that will deliver key business objectives on new subscriber acquisitions as well revenue.
  • The product manager in this role would be responsible for building new postpaid  propositions and driving their GTM, developing marketing programs/ schemes and driving their execution through cross- functional teams, management of existing channels as well as building and scaling of new ones.   

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

  • Responsible for ensuring delivery of key business KPIs on consumer postpaid acquisitions and ARPU vs DB
  • Conceptualize and design new products, activation/lead generation programs, schemes to drive overall business objective
  • Deep-dive into and drive initiatives to improve quality of new acquisitions
  • Work with Cross Functional stakeholders (Corp Marketing, Corp Retail and Circle Ops) to develop Go-to-Market action plans to ensure smooth product launches  
  • Track industry and competition including products, tariffs, trade schemes, promotions, advertising
