Job Purpose |
Responsible for revenue generation by driving performance of partners and other digital lead source models across digital assets like website, app, bot. He/She will be managing daily operations, ensuring caller productivity, monitoring attendance, improving conversion metrics, invoicing, and training and revenue generation. The role owns partner relationships end-to-end and ensures consistent delivery of sales outcomes/ revenue through digital channels. |

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities |
1. Partner Performance & Productivity- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance of digital inbound sales partner/s ( could be multiple partners in future) - Track key metrics such as lead-to-call conversion, call connect rate, talk time, activation, conversion, and revenue per caller. - Implement productivity frameworks to maximize output across partner teams. - Regularly analyses performance and identify gaps, improvement areas for each partner - Identify technical integrations required to improve productivity – with Vi Business website, LMS, new digital channels or CRM, as per business requirements 2. Tele caller level management- Monitor caller attendance, login hours, and adherence to TATs - Review individual caller performance dashboards and drive actions for low performers with the partner alignment - Ensure partners maintain adequate resources to meet inbound targets. - Review daily call quality, pitch adherence, and quality scores. 3. Training- Review onboarding plans for new callers - Ensure refresher trainings on sales scripts, product knowledge, objection handling, and LMS usage. - Work with Quality and Training teams to design skill-improvement modules. - Track training impact through call quality, conversion uplift, and feedback mechanism 4. Operational Governance- Drive daily governance calls with partner leadership on performance, productivity, and target achievement - Ensure compliance to process and data handling norms agreed with the partner - Conduct monthly business reviews (MBRs) with insights, actions - Maintain up-to-date documentation for processes, guidelines, FAQs, and SOPs. 5. Partner Relationship Management- Serve as the primary business interface with all inbound sales partners. - Negotiate performance expectations, incentive structures, and recruitment processes. - Manage invoicing, contracts, agreements on regular basis and renewals - Resolve operational escalations swiftly and maintain a strong partnership ecosystem. 6. Reporting & Insights- Ensure Publishing of daily dashboards on productivity, conversions, sales, - Analyze funnel leakages and propose actions to improve sales and efficiency. - Track customer journey insights for continuous optimization of inbound sales flow.
7. Cross functional role - Manage a hybrid sales model and work closely with segment team , clusters teams to manage the bottom of the funnel conversions
