Role	AGM – FP&A Reporting

Location	Mumbai
Job Purpose	To drive business strategy and optimize financial performance. Manage and ensure end-to-end management PL reporting, prepare MPR and board deck, assist in CF preparation, cater to management requirements, variance analysis, building financial models to test business decisions.
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities	Monthly Management Reporting: - Prepare Management PL and monthly performance review deck for CFO and CEO Analyse various variances, prepare rolling forecast PL for MPR deck Circle query management and providing them with the decision support as and when required Stakeholder Management Discussing and sharing detailed CS, Retail, G&A, HR, Interest cost to respected stakeholders Support to business teams as and when required Quarterly management reporting including board presentations Prepare Board deck for board meeting and executives Cash flow preparation & Analysis Prepare actual, forecast, budget, LRP and GC cash flows and track the same. Managing the Hyperion configurations & system upgrades. Update system mapping for all new Codes, all asks for system upgrade are well evaluated are implemented as per TAT to ensure reports are presenting true, fair and analytical view Support circle for better understanding of accounting process change and impact on reporting Quick resolution of Hyperion related issues in order to speed up the closing process
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience	Strong presentation and communication skills Understanding of PL statemets and all financial ratios Analytical mindset with attention to business and KPI’s driving the PL
Must have technical / professional qualifications	CA Hands-on experience with Microsoft office Exposure to telecom operator or infrastructure company preferred
Years of Experience	5-7 yrs
