Job Purpose

Will be responsible for Procurement, RFP and rate contracts for various activities for MS insourcing. End to end contract management. Ensuring cost effectiveness with appropriate quality. All purchases shall be in accordance with VIL SCM Policy and procedures. Will promote and maintain a high level of communication with the external supplier & internal customer

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

Vendor identification, evaluation, finalisation for MS insourcing requirement.
Contracts for Vehicles, labour, Manpower, tools, etc
Co-ordination for materials requirements for MS insourcing requirement
Vendors On boarding for services
Coordination with Cluster SCM for their local requirements for MS insourcing
Contract Management
Process compliances
Price Benchmarking and Process Optimization
Co Ordination with User for PR-PO and GRN
Co-ordinate with vendors for delivery materials and services
Co-Ordinate with SSC, Finance for vendor Invoice booking and Payments
Maintaining the various MIS and Reports

Must have technical / professional qualifications

BE preferably with MBA.
