Reports to: Head, IoT Planning and Commercial	Location: Mumbai, India
Role purpose: To establish the Business Insights practice for IoT moving up the value chain, design process automations and effectively plan the execution of operating models in the line of business.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership : Revenue Management: Manage revenue responsibility for the LoB across all business KPIs and lead indicators Business Intelligence: Design and deploy a captive business insights and analytics engine exclusive for IoT Process Management: Create, Re-Engineer and Design processes for the LoB bringing in automation and operating efficiencies for IoT Predictive Modelling: Based on business insights , build predictive models for IoT that arrest revenue erosion or augment revenue generation Reporting and Information Management: Build a data lake and an uniformed reporting structure for the LoB giving enhanced visibility and control Drive automation and digitisation of IoT processes to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and turnaround times	Core competencies, knowledge and experience : Hands on with telco nuances in a matrix organisation and knowledge of processes and systems - 5 years of experience Experience in B2B commercial excellence with the ability to build and manage at scale is a must Understanding and experience in planning and execution/governance Understanding of technology solutions and digitisation preferred
