Complete Employee Life Cycle Management including Induction of all Corporate Employees + all Circle M5s & Circle HR Heads

Mapping Changes, Role Movements, Payout and policy related updates (Through raising a ticket on AISHA platform)

Payroll Inputs Like Relocation Reimbursement, SIPs, Referral, Notice Payout, Long Service Awards, Joining Bonus, Confirmation Bonus, Special Allowance, Club Allowance, Incorporate Inputs from Finance Team, Stop Pay Instruction, Policy related payouts and Validating Draft Salary Registers

Exit and Clearance Process Management including Termination, Retirement and Early Retirement cases

Rewards and Recognition Process 

Query Management related to Policies and Benefits,

Policy Execution Management, 

Promotion Data Validation,

Inputs for AVPP and Validation of AVPP File,

 Filing Management

Obtain Exceptional Approval on Policy Related matters.

F&F Recoveries.

Managing FHPL help desk and queries.

Stipend Processing including Provision for Interns.

Queries handling for – T&E, Maternity, Leaves, Investments etc.

Management of Death Cases, Involuntary.

Issuance of Employee Related Letters like Bonafide, Reference Letters.

Support HRBPs for different activities as per requirement.

 Support in Audit as requirement
